At LifeSaver QR, we are committed to providing quality products and services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, printed, customized, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled by us.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customized or personalized QR cards, tags, or products.
  • Orders cancelled after processing or shipping.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer during registration or profile creation.
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference when the product matches the order description.

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund, where applicable.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is required due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect product), we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

Returns may not be accepted without prior approval.
